# Team & Members

> Invite teammates to a workspace and control what each of them can do.

A workspace can have any number of members. Each member has one of three roles.

## Roles

| Permission | User | Admin | Owner |
| - | :-: | :-: | :-: |
| View and manage integrations | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| View, update, refresh and delete connections | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Create, rotate and delete API keys | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| View request logs | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Change workspace settings (name, slug, icon) | | ✓ | ✓ |
| Manage billing and the plan | | ✓ | ✓ |
| Manage webhooks | | ✓ | ✓ |
| Invite, update and remove members | | ✓ | ✓ |
| Delete the workspace | | | ✓ |

In short:

* **User** is for engineers who build and run integrations day to day.
* **Admin** adds everything that affects the whole workspace: settings, billing, webhooks and people.
* **Owner** can do everything, including deleting the workspace.

<Warning>
  Every role can create API keys, and an API key can reach every connection in the workspace. Only invite people you trust with your customers’ connected accounts, and use separate workspaces to keep production access limited.
</Warning>

## Inviting members

Admins and owners can invite people from **Settings → Members**:

1. Click **Invite member**.
2. Enter their email address and choose a role.
3. They receive an email invitation and join the workspace when they accept it.

Pending invites can be updated or deleted from the same page.

## Changing roles and removing members

From **Settings → Members**, admins and owners can change a member’s role or remove them. Removing a member doesn’t affect API keys they created. Rotate or delete those separately if needed.
